The founder of Precision Building Service, John Gingerich, became a licensed general home improvement contractor in 1972.
In the 1980s, John received a call from Bill Mullet, ProVia’s founder. Bill wondered if John would consider installing their entry doors since the Columbus market was in need of door installers. John agreed, and the rest, as they say, is history!
As ProVia grew, so did Precision Building Service. Now that John is semi-retired, his son Mike carries on the family-owned business. Integrity, honesty, and excellent service are still at the core of our company’s focus.
